ONLINE APPLICATION FORM FOR INTEGRATED PH.D. PROGRAMME August 2013

General Application Instructions

• Before filling the online application, please read the FAQs for the Int. Ph.D. and individual schools criteria
• Please download challan for application fee through PowerJyoti A/C.
• Application fees
  

  GENERAL/OBC	Rs. 200/-
  SC/ST	Rs. 100/-

• Please note the Journal number, date of remittance and SBI branch code number in which the application fee was paid. You need to fill these in the online application
• All applicants have to upload the following documents (in JPG/GIF format and each not exceeding 1 MByte, 100dpi) along with the online application:
1. Scanned copy of the recent passport size photograph
2. Scanned copy of proof of Date of Birth (Birth certificate, X Standard Certificate or Passport)
3. Scanned copy of applicants' signature
4. Scanned copy of XII standard board examination
   
5. Scanned copy of the proof of SC/ST Community Certificate
• All fields marked in * are mandatory. All applicants must upload documents (a-d) above.
• On submission of the online application form, the applicants will receive an acknowledgment email (to the email address provided by the applicant) with an unique number and the PDF file of the application form.
• Short-listed applicants will be invited for an aptitude-test/interview at IISER-TVM. 
• Mere fulfilling the eligibility criterion does not entitle a candidate to be called for the test and interview.

  Written test and Interview for the short-listed candidates in Mathematical sciences	February 16 - 17, 2013
